The VAC unit is the ideal solution for high vacuum extraction of fumes and dust generated by welding, sanding, grinding operations, as well as for general cleaning applications. VAC extraction systems are a cost-effective solution for creating a safer and healthier working environment.
They consist of a powerful vacuum unit equipped with a three-phase asynchronous motor, sized according to the required airflow capacity, combined with a modular design and a modern automatic control and starter unit.
The VAC unit is the perfect extraction source when a large number of workstations require dust extraction and when a flexible solution is needed to support expanding production requirements.
VAC units are available in several sizes. A single operating unit can serve one or multiple extraction points simultaneously. If additional extraction points are required, any capacity can be achieved by connecting two or more units in parallel.
VAC units are protected against overload by a flow restrictor and are designed for use in modern systems with automatic vacuum valves. This allows the airflow to vary rapidly from maximum flow to zero, while power consumption automatically adapts to the actual demand.
The VAC high vacuum unit automatically shuts down when not in use, thanks to the optional automatic start/stop function.
VAC 20 Series
The VAC 20 series consists of vacuum units operating with different airflow capacities. Depending on the model, the units are available with different airflow rates, voltages and frequencies.
Maximum airflow according to model:
- VCA 20-1500 – 1500 at 20 kPa
- VCA 20-2500 – 2500 at 20 kPa
- VCA 20-3000 – 3000 at 19 kPa
- VCA 20-4000 – 4000 at 16.5 kPa
