Various stages of the chemical and pharmaceutical processes generate dusts that need to be properly captured and filtered.
For example, these dusts can be derived from:
- the loading/dosing of powdered products into reactors/mixers;
- unloading onto cooling belts with solidification;
- bagging/packaging operations;
- static, fluid bed, spry and/ or turbo drying operations;
- milling operations;
- etc.
It is particularly important to be aware of the explosion hazard posed by these dusts!
