Designed for heavy-duty applications where a high extraction capacity is required to remove large quantities of heavy materials conveyed through long piping systems.
The RBU (Roots Blower Unit) is a vacuum unit equipped with a three-lobe rotary Roots vacuum pump. The RBU unit operates continuously with powerful suction performance and consistently high efficiency. This high vacuum extraction unit is ideal for centralized systems and larger extraction installations where a powerful vacuum source is required to compensate for significant pressure drops in long pipes or flexible hoses.
The standard version is supplied with inlet and outlet silencers, a universal valve including a vacuum regulator, a safety valve and a non-return valve.
The RBU unit is suitable for a wide range of applications including general industrial cleaning, extraction of dust generated by blasting, grinding, sanding and welding operations. It is also highly suitable for the extraction and transport of large quantities of heavy materials and debris, including gravel, swarf, metal chips, concrete and composite materials.
