The NRS rotary valves are designed for the continuous discharge of material from the dust collection system of dust collectors. Rotary valves are ideal for transferring material between two separate systems. In pneumatic conveying systems, they are typically used to discharge material from a dust collector or cyclone into a silo operating at atmospheric pressure.
NRS3 Rotary Valve
The NRS3 rotary valve is designed for the continuous discharge of collected material. It can be used with a wide range of non-sticky materials, with a maximum particle size of 3 x 3 x 10 mm.
NRS 10, 20 and 30 Rotary Valves
These rotary valves are suitable for most bulk materials, provided that the particle size does not exceed 13 x 13 x 13 mm.
ATEX versions of the rotary valves are also available for applications involving potentially explosive dust atmospheres.
