The 865 exhaust hose reel is the ideal solution for extracting vehicle exhaust fumes in workshops with high ceilings, overhead cranes, or where tall vehicles regularly operate.
The reel is electrically driven and can be operated via manual control, infrared (IR) remote control, or pendant control. An integrated receiver on the reel allows the operating status of the system to be monitored at all times.
Electronic upper and lower limit switches reduce the risk of malfunction and unnecessary wear on the exhaust hose.
The fan is started and stopped automatically, helping to reduce energy consumption.
The fan can also be mounted directly onto the reel, simplifying installation and reducing the overall system footprint.
In the event of a power failure, all settings are retained. Should the power supply be interrupted, an electromagnetic brake immediately locks the drum, ensuring maximum operational safety.
