Manual and automatic high vacuum valves designed to optimize extraction system performance and energy efficiency, available in both standard and ATEX-certified versions.
The TAV 100/150 valves, available in 100 mm and 150 mm diameters, are designed for the automatic opening and closing of extraction points connected to a centralised high vacuum system. The range includes six different models, each developed for specific applications.
TAV 100/150 valves are actuated by a control device, which can be either a solenoid valve for electrical control or a flow sensor that detects airflow to a pneumatic tool. All models can be equipped with an optional pilot switch, allowing the vacuum unit to shut down automatically when all valves are closed and restart when any valve is opened.
Because the valves open and close automatically, the vacuum is always concentrated on the extraction points, connections or machines that are operating at any given time. This maximises extraction performance, reduces operating costs and allows for a more compact and efficient vacuum system design.
All TAV 100/150 versions are CE marked. Depending on the model and application, certain versions are also marked with the Ex symbol and category designation. All TAV 100/150 valves bearing the Ex marking are classified as Category 3D equipment in accordance with Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX). This means that Ex-rated models may be installed in areas classified as Zone 22 in accordance with Directive 1999/92/EC.
