The Rail System 920 exhaust extraction system is designed for workshops and working environments with stationary vehicles. The system consists of a sliding rail combined with an exhaust extraction kit, ensuring highly efficient exhaust extraction.
A single extraction unit can serve multiple workstations. The units are easy to position and move manually, thanks to their lightweight construction and ball-bearing wheels.
For vehicles with dual exhaust pipes, two Model 400 extraction units can be used.
The extraction nozzle is disconnected manually.

The Rail System 920 exhaust extraction system for moving vehicles is an efficient solution for moving trucks, cars and vans. The system is equipped with a damper and a shock absorber on the rail, while the extraction hose features a safety coupling to ensure maximum operational safety.
An automatic exhaust nozzle disconnection option is also available. The 920/1500 trolley is specifically designed to follow vehicle movement along the rail.
The maximum design airflow is 1,500 m³/h per trolley.
