Compact, energy-efficient high vacuum unit for the extraction of welding fumes and dust. Designed to serve 1 to 5 workstations, with an optional H14 filtration system available for demanding applications.

PAK-M is a frequency-controlled high vacuum dust collector designed for the extraction of welding fumes (including on-torch extraction), as well as dust generated by grinding, sanding and other non-combustible materials, including direct extraction from hand-held tools.
PAK-M is also suitable for workplace cleaning, workshop floor cleaning and direct extraction from production lines. Compact enough to be mounted on a pallet, it is ideal for welding workshops, body shops, construction industries, industrial laundries and many other industrial applications. The unit is typically capable of serving 1 to 5 simultaneous extraction points.
PAK-M automatically controls motor speed using an integrated Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and a differential pressure (dP) sensor to maintain a constant vacuum level selected by the user via the control panel.
Ideal for on-torch and on-tool extraction, PAK-M minimizes energy consumption, typically reducing energy usage by 50% or more compared to units without frequency control. It can also be configured to provide maximum vacuum performance for applications involving long duct runs, material conveying or industrial cleaning.
Optional automatic vacuum valves provide additional energy savings by ensuring that extraction is supplied only when a process is running. They can also increase the number of connected workstations when not all extraction points are used simultaneously.
PAK-M is supplied as standard with an integrated Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). An optional PLC can be added to provide advanced control functions and sensor integration.
Designed for noise-sensitive environments, PAK-M incorporates efficient silencers, an acoustic enclosure and intelligent VFD control, allowing the unit to operate at the lowest possible speed while maintaining the required vacuum level.
To ensure high filtration efficiency and effective filter cleaning, PAK-M is equipped with an ePTFE filter, while an optional H14 secondary filter is available for enhanced filtration performance.
During the cleaning cycle, a dedicated cleaning valve opens to generate a powerful reverse airflow that effectively removes dust from the filter pockets. Cleaning can be activated on demand based on the dust load detected by the differential pressure sensor (dP), or alternatively via a timer. This minimizes the total number of cleaning cycles, helping extend filter life while maintaining consistent extraction performance.

The VAC-M extraction and control unit is also available as a standalone solution for integration with alternative dust separation systems.
