The NFSZ3000 baghouse dust collector with rotary valve is suitable for the filtration of chips, sawdust, sanding dust and lacquer dust from the woodworking industry, as well as other fibrous materials such as mineral wool, paper strips and dust.
Medium-sized and large particles are separated in the filter hopper, and the air is then distributed to the filter bags. The collected material is discharged through the rotary valve.
The filter is typically used in applications requiring non-pressurised material discharge directly into a silo, container or separate material conveying system.
The filter can be supplied either for continuous operation or with a pause for filter bag cleaning every four hours.
