Nederman Magna System

For Exhaust-Free Emergency Vehicle Stations

Every time a vehicle is started, harmful exhaust gases can be released into the station and working environment, posing a risk to workers' health.

Nederman eliminates these risks with the Magna System exhaust extraction solutions.

An automatic control system ensures that the fan starts before the vehicle engine is turned on, while the Magna System automatically disconnects when the vehicle leaves the station.

A Safe, Ergonomic, and Reliable Investment

Magna System 1

The Magna System uses an electromagnet to attach the exhaust hose and extraction nozzle to the vehicle. When activated, the electromagnet connects to an anchoring plate mounted on the vehicle, keeping the extraction nozzle securely attached to the tailpipe.

The extraction unit moves smoothly along the rail as the vehicle leaves the station. When it reaches the predefined disconnection point, the electromagnet is automatically deactivated and the nozzle is instantly released from the tailpipe. This eliminates the risk of damage to the vehicle bodywork and exhaust system caused by the slingshot effect during disconnection.

The anchoring plate serves as the connection point for the extraction nozzle and is mounted on the vehicle body at a convenient height to facilitate operation. The electromagnet features an ergonomic handle and attaches instantly to the anchoring plate, ensuring safe, quick, and effortless connection.

Nederman Magna Rail – The Ultimate Solution for Outstanding Performance

Magna Rail is a high-capacity exhaust extraction system designed to handle large volumes of exhaust gases. Up to four vehicles can be connected to the same system, each with its own designated disconnection point. Magna Rail is the ideal solution for drive-through applications involving vehicles with either top-mounted or low-mounted exhaust outlets.

The extraction system is designed so that the rail functions both as an exhaust duct and as a guide track for the extraction trolley. With few components, a lightweight design, and easy suspension mounting, the system ensures quick and straightforward installation.

The rail is available in lengths of up to 30 m, in 2.5 m or 5 m increments.

Key Features

  • Capacity for up to 4 vehicles simultaneously, suitable for vehicles reversing into or driving through the station
  • Exit speeds of up to 25 km/h
  • Compatible with both top and bottom exhaust outlets
  • Automatic return device available as an optional accessory

Nederman Magna Track HS – Exhaust Extraction System for Emergency Stations with High-Frequency, High-Speed Vehicle Movements

Magna Track HS is designed to serve one vehicle at a time and is available in lengths ranging from 3.5 m to 18 m.

It is the ideal exhaust extraction system for vehicles with either top-mounted or low-mounted exhaust outlets, making it perfectly suited for emergency stations with frequent and rapid vehicle departures.

Nederman Magna Track S – Exhaust Extraction System for Emergency Stations with Lower Vehicle Frequency and Moderate Exit Speeds

Magna Track S is the more cost-effective alternative to the HS version. It is designed to serve one vehicle at a time and is ideal for emergency vehicles that are used less frequently and operate at lower exit speeds.

The system is available in lengths ranging from 5.9 m to 11.8 m.

Nederman Magna Track B – For Emergency Stations with Lower Usage Frequency

Magna Track B is the ideal solution when the distance between the exhaust outlet and the station exit does not exceed 7 m.

The suspended exhaust hose is equipped with a swivel section connected to a balancer that moves along the guide rail. A switch mounted on the guide rail disconnects the entire flexible hose from the vehicle in a single operation, preventing stress and mechanical loads from being transferred to the exhaust hose or the overhead support brackets.

Nederman Magna Stack – The Reliable Solution for Vehicles with Vertical Exhaust Pipes

MAGNA STACK

Magna Stack is a 100% automatic exhaust extraction system, based on the same technology as the Magna Track system. Instead of a conventional extraction nozzle, it uses an extraction hood that automatically connects to the vertical exhaust pipe as the vehicle reverses into its parking position.

Special guide mechanisms ensure the correct positioning of the extraction hood, which is attached to the exhaust pipe by means of an electromagnet. As the vehicle moves towards the exit, the horizontal duct and extraction hood travel smoothly along the guide rail. Near the exit, the power supply is automatically disconnected, instantly releasing the extraction hood from the exhaust pipe.

Key Features

  • Capacity: 1 vehicle per system
  • Normal exit speeds of up to 15 km/h
  • Designed for vehicles equipped with vertical exhaust pipes
