LCP SMART FILTER - Cartridge Dust Collector

LCP SmartFilter is a multi-purpose filtration system. It can be customised to perfectly match the customer’s specific requirements and can handle airflows of up to 100,000 m³/h. Suitable for the extraction of fumes, vapours, dust and combustible dust, it can be used in various applications such as welding, metalworking and general dust filtration generated by heavy-duty processes.

LCP SmartFilter can be customised to perfectly meet the customer’s specific requirements, with an airflow of up to 50,000 m³/h for the standard version. It is suitable for the filtration of fumes, dust and also combustible dust with the ATEX-certified LCP SmartFilter EX version, and can be used in various applications such as welding, metal cutting and general dust filtration.

The wide range of accessories allows the filter size to be extended, also for large-scale applications. The new and innovative patented cartridge design optimises the filter area while ensuring a high airflow inside the cartridge. As a result, the overall footprint of the extraction system can be reduced.

The LCP SmartFilter is built with 3 mm painted steel panels. It is robust, easy to install, and provides adequate protection and corrosion resistance in typical light and medium industrial applications. The design is optimised to ensure long filter life and lower maintenance costs.

LCP SmartFilter is available with a wide range of accessories, including fans, dust discharge systems, support structures and more. It can be equipped with a sensor package, and the cartridges are available in a wide variety of filter media, including antistatic and PTFE membrane media.

LCP SmartFilter is “smart” because it is equipped with an Insight Ready control panel that manages the complete operation of the filtration system. It provides real-time monitoring and system performance tracking, features advanced pulse filter cleaning logic, and includes a customisable dashboard with threshold-based alarms. It displays the key filtration parameters in a user-friendly way and is equipped with gateway functionality for cloud communication. This allows users to operate the filtration system more effectively, improving plant productivity, worker safety, regulatory compliance and energy consumption.
