L-PAK provides the ideal solution for extracting dust and fumes across a wide range of industries. Typical applications include welding workshops, body shops, automotive workshops, construction industries, bakeries, industrial laundries and many other environments. L-PAK is also ideal for workplace and workshop floor cleaning.
Thanks to its compact design, low weight and forklift-compatible frame, the unit is easy to position and relocate when required.
The integrated PLC control system ensures high functionality and can be easily upgraded with additional features. The automatic start/stop function reduces energy consumption and extends filter life, while the remote start/stop function makes it easy to ensure the system is switched off when operations have ended.

Idle running and temperature monitoring functions help reduce the risk of motor overheating. A maintenance indicator also alerts the operator when service is required.
Unique and Cost-Effective Filter Concept
The L-PAK filter concept combines high filtration efficiency with long service life. A dynamic speed reducer separates larger dust particles, while finer particles are captured by a polypropylene filter bag, which can be replaced with an antistatic filter when required. A microfilter can also be added to capture even finer particles.
Automatic Filter Cleaning (Standard)
The automatic filter cleaning system ensures consistently high performance. L-PAK uses a reverse air jet cleaning system. By rapidly opening a valve positioned above the filters, a powerful reverse airflow pulse is generated, effectively removing dust from the filter bags.
Complete and Ready to Use
L-PAK is easy to install. Nederman offers a complete installation kit together with a wide range of accessories, including cleaning sets, vacuum valves, swing arms and tools with integrated dust and fume extraction.
