GA 800 Pre-Separator for Solid and Liquid Materials

The GA 800 pre-separator is designed to minimise wear in the ductwork system by separating coarse material from the extracted airflow before it enters the dust collector.

A pre-separator is particularly useful when large volumes of waste material are present in the extraction process, as these materials can cause significant wear to the pipework during transport. The GA 800 can be used for handling metal chips, glass fragments, concrete debris, gravel, sand and other abrasive materials.

Nederman E-PAK, VAC and RBU high vacuum units are ideally suited for installation together with the GA 800 pre-separator, creating a highly efficient extraction system. The GA 800 is also equipped with a drain valve, allowing liquids to be discharged easily from the collection container without releasing the collected coarse material.
