When mobility, flexibility, and a compact footprint are essential, a mobile extraction solution is often the best way to prevent exposure to airborne contaminants. FilterBox mobile units are easy to move throughout the facility, providing extraction exactly where it is needed.

FilterBox mobile extractors are flexible and modular units designed to meet the most common requirements for the extraction of welding fumes and non-combustible dust in both light-duty and heavy-duty applications.
FilterBox is the ideal choice for virtually any process that generates dust or fumes, including TIG, MIG/MAG, FCAW, and MMA welding, as well as the extraction of non-combustible dust generated during light grinding operations involving fibrous, sticky, or hygroscopic materials.
FilterBox fume and dust extraction units are equipped with one of the most advanced filter cleaning systems available, ensuring superior performance and extended filter life. This makes them particularly well suited for continuous production environments.
The complete range includes numerous models and configurations to suit different capacity requirements, features, and filtration needs.
FilterBox is available in the following versions:
FilterBox units are available with either manual or automatic filter cleaning and can be equipped with the following filter options:
Compared to FilterCart extractors, FilterBox units feature an advanced filter cleaning system that provides deeper cleaning and extends filter service life.
For dust applications, the filter is cleaned mechanically. For welding fume extraction, a combination of mechanical cleaning and compressed air cleaning is used, while nanofibre filters are cleaned using compressed air only.
Manual versions are cleaned using a hand crank, while automatic versions are equipped with a motor-driven filter cleaning system. An automatic damper prevents airflow loss during the cleaning cycle.
Nanofibre filter technology offers significant performance advantages, including higher filtration efficiency and superior surface-loading characteristics. These features result in more effective filter cleaning and longer intervals between cleaning cycles.

Note: FilterBox must not be used in environments where combustible dust or gases are present and must not be used for filtering combustible dust or gases.
FilterBox is also available in the FilterBox Twin version, featuring two extraction arms and a powerful 2.2 kW N29 fan, delivering a maximum airflow capacity of 2 × 850 m³/h.

FilterBox Twin M is equipped with a manually cleaned polyester filter. The unit features an alarm that indicates when airflow is too low, and the filter is cleaned manually using a combination of mechanical cleaning and compressed air cleaning.
FilterBox Twin A+ is equipped with an extra-large nanofibre filter with automatic cleaning, making it ideal for frequent welding applications. The unit features an advanced filter monitoring system that indicates pressure drop through a series of LEDs as well as on the LCD display. When airflow becomes too low, an audible alarm is activated before the automatic motor-driven compressed air cleaning cycle begins.
For wall-mounted installations, three FilterBox Wall models are also available with either manual or automatic filter cleaning and can be supplied with or without an integrated fan.
Models without a fan are suitable for installations connected to an external fan or contactor and can be used with multiple FilterBox units. Each unit is supplied with a wall-mounting bracket for quick and easy installation.

FilterBox Wall M is supplied with a manually cleaned polyester filter and features an alarm that indicates when airflow becomes too low.
FilterBox Wall A is equipped with a polyester filter and an automatic cleaning system. An advanced filter monitoring system indicates pressure drop through a series of LEDs and on the LCD display. When airflow becomes too low, an audible alarm is activated before the automatic motor-driven cleaning cycle begins.
Both Wall M and Wall A models use mechanical filter cleaning for dust applications. For welding fume extraction, a combination of mechanical cleaning and compressed air cleaning is used.
FilterBox Wall A+ is supplied with an extra-large nanofibre filter and an automatic cleaning system, making it ideal for frequent welding applications. This model also features an advanced filter monitoring system that indicates pressure drop, while an audible alarm precedes the automatic motor-driven compressed air cleaning cycle.
