Extraction arm NEX MD

Thanks to its high airflow capacity and low pressure drop, the NEX MD extraction arm is ideal for the extraction of welding fumes and dust in medium to heavy-duty applications.

The NEX MD extraction arm is a top-of-the-range solution whenever high airflow is required for the extraction of fumes and dust at higher-than-normal temperatures. This 160 mm diameter extraction arm is specifically designed for work environments with very heavy fumes, vapours or non-explosive dust. Typical application areas include the metalworking industry and other industrial processes where high extraction airflow is required.

The NEX MD extraction arm is ideal for applications such as welding, manual laser or plasma cutting, thermal spray metallising, and grinding operations generating large amounts of sparks, where fumes and dust must be captured directly at the source using a perfectly balanced and easily positionable extraction arm.

The patented hood design can be positioned in multiple directions, while the 160 mm diameter duct, combined with the external pantograph support mechanism, ensures high airflow performance with low pressure drop. The NEX MD arm is therefore perfectly suited for medium to heavy-duty applications and is available in four lengths: 2, 3, 4 and 5 m.
