The NEX HD extraction arm for welding fumes and dust is the top-of-the-range solution when high airflow capacity is needed to extract fumes and dust at higher-than-normal temperatures. The NEX HD extraction arm, with a 200 mm diameter, is specifically designed for work environments with very heavy fumes, vapours and non-explosive dust.

Typical application areas include the metalworking industry and other industrial sectors where high-airflow extraction is required. Applications include welding, manual laser or plasma cutting, metal spraying, grinding operations generating large amounts of debris, and other industrial processes where a perfectly balanced and easily positionable extraction arm is essential.

The NEX HD extraction arm is also available with a patented hood design. The aluminium hood is resistant to high extracted air temperatures (up to +120°C) and provides very high extraction efficiency.

The arm is available in four lengths, ranging from 2 to 5 m.
