Nederman 865 exhaust hose reel is designed for the extraction of vehicle exhaust fumes in automotive workshops, garages, and service centers where the exhaust hose can remain suspended at an easily accessible height.
It is the ideal solution for workshops with high ceilings, overhead cranes, or where tall vehicles such as vans, industrial vehicles, and special-purpose vehicles regularly operate.
The system features a patented spring rewind mechanism, ensuring smooth, balanced, and user-friendly operation during daily hose connection and disconnection procedures.
Nederman 865 hose reel is available:
- With or without an integrated automatic damper
- With optional retraction control for enhanced operational safety
The version equipped with the patented automatic damper reduces noise levels and contributes to improved energy efficiency during system operation.
The reel can be operated using manual control, infrared (IR) remote control, or pendant control, allowing it to adapt easily to different workshop layouts and working methods.
Installation is quick and secure thanks to two separate mounting brackets that can be fixed to either the wall or the ceiling. The lightweight reel body is then attached to the brackets, reducing installation time and costs.
A fan can also be mounted directly onto the reel, simplifying the exhaust extraction system and reducing the overall installation footprint.
