The Balance Arm extraction arm provides maximum accessibility even in the most difficult-to-reach areas. It is ideal for the extraction of welding fumes and dust in applications where the use of extraction welding torches is not possible.
The Balance Arm is a high-vacuum extraction arm featuring a two-section steel support structure counterbalanced by pneumatic cylinders, ensuring smooth and effortless movement.
It is equipped with three pivot points: one at the base, one at the centre, and one at the extraction nozzle connection point. This allows the extraction nozzle to be positioned freely anywhere within the working range of the balance arm.
In addition to the silenced extraction nozzle — designed to reduce the noise generated by high-vacuum extraction — Nederman also offers various extraction nozzles to suit different application requirements.
The arm can be installed in three different ways: wall-mounted, mounted on a workbench, or installed on an extension arm. It is available in three lengths: 1.5 m, 2.5 m and 3.5 m.
