Source capture remains the most effective method for controlling welding fumes. However, it is not always feasible and, in some applications, may not be sufficient on its own.

To achieve a cleaner and healthier workplace, MCP Air Purification Tower can be used as a complementary air filtration solution whenever source extraction alone cannot provide adequate protection.

MCP Air Purification Tower is particularly suitable:

When ductwork installation is not practical or economically viable.
When welding is performed on large workpieces or in situations where source capture is difficult to implement.
As a supplementary solution to improve the overall effectiveness of existing source extraction systems.

Air Purification Tower MCP-12S APT is a compact cartridge filter system designed for the decentralized purification of indoor air.

The tower is engineered to maintain continuous air circulation throughout the workplace. Air repeatedly passes through the filtration chamber, where welding fumes and airborne dust particles are effectively captured. Contaminated air is drawn into the unit at floor level and directed through the high-efficiency filtration section before being recirculated into the workshop through 60 individually adjustable nozzles located at the top of the tower.

The high-velocity discharge nozzles provide exceptional air distribution and coverage, allowing a small number of units to effectively filter large working areas while maintaining excellent air quality throughout the facility.

Supplied in three pre-wired sections, requiring only minimal mechanical assembly.
Quick installation – simply connect the electrical power supply and compressed air, thanks to the integrated fan.
Equipped with 12 patented Uni-Clean filter cartridges for high-efficiency air filtration.
Automatic filter cleaning using an energy-efficient reverse pulse-jet cleaning system.
Filter cleaning is controlled by an integrated electronic controller.
Robust construction in 2 mm galvanized steel sheet.

Front access panels provide convenient inspection and maintenance of the cleaning valves, compressed air tank and filter cartridges.
Ergonomic service design, with the controller and electrical cabinet positioned for easy access.
Simple dust disposal thanks to the easy-to-empty dust collection container.

Available in two heights: a taller version measuring 5.05 m and a more compact version measuring 4.42 m.
Both models are available with or without a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) to suit different operational requirements and energy-saving needs.
