Baghouse dust collector designed for small airflows with a low dust/material load. The extracted material is separated in the hopper and collected in metal bins.
The NFPZ3000 modular baghouse dust collector is designed for the treatment of dust generated by woodworking machines and is suitable for small and medium-sized woodworking shops producing limited volumes of material.
It is a modular dust collector made from galvanised sheet steel, with a telescopic support frame, suitable for outdoor installation.
Available in two different widths: type E, 1,200 mm, and type J, 2,400 mm.
Each module of the filter structure is equipped with a combined inspection and explosion relief door. Regeneration fans are provided for easy and effective cleaning of the filter bags.
At the heart of the filter bags is the exclusive, patented SUPERBAG.
Superbag is a filter fabric made from strong polyester fibre, with a seamless body. A patented tubular weaving technique gives the filter bag a surface capable of handling variable dust loads and virtually any type of dust.
Improved filtration efficiency is achieved with this unique filter material, which provides low pressure drop, reduced energy consumption and easy cleaning.
Handles airflows from 1,500 to 33,000 m³/h (883 to 19,400 cfm)
ATEX-certified for St1 and St2 dusts with a Kst value of up to 300 bar m/s
Suitable for handling large air volumes with limited material contamination
Designed for continuous operation or operation with a 15-minute cleaning stop approximately every four hours
Designed for ground-mounted installation
Versions available for positive pressure or vacuum operation up to 5,000 Pa
Explosion relief upwards or sideways
Powerful in-line cleaning with efficient regeneration fans
Patented antistatic polyester SUPERBAG
Easy to install on site and extend when required
Low energy consumption
The NFPZ3000 baghouse dust collectors are ideal for woodworking shops and working environments that require an effective, energy-efficient filtration system.
The advanced Superbag filter fabric technology offers a range of key benefits, including an exceptional ability to adapt to different types and loads of dust. This not only improves particle capture efficiency, but also ensures a cleaner and safer working environment.
The use of these dust collectors contributes to a significant reduction in energy consumption. This results in lower operating costs and reduced environmental impact. Easy maintenance and efficient cleaning of the filter bags further reduce the time required for servicing, optimising working cycles and minimising machine downtime.
Implementing NFPZ3000 baghouse dust collectors in your operations can radically transform dust management in your working environment.
The adoption of baghouse dust collectors in industrial environments, such as woodworking shops, offers benefits for both machinery and workers.
These filtration systems efficiently capture fine dust particles, preventing them from accumulating on machine components, where they can cause wear, corrosion and premature failures. As a result, the implementation of baghouse dust collectors reduces the need for frequent maintenance and extends the service life of the equipment, contributing to significant savings in maintenance and equipment depreciation costs.
At the same time, a cleaner working environment, free from airborne dust, provides considerable benefits for workers’ health. Long-term exposure to dust particles can cause a variety of respiratory and allergic problems. Therefore, keeping the air clean not only improves the overall quality of working life, but also reduces absenteeism due to illness, increasing productivity and workplace safety.
